About Us
EstReal is a Georgia-based FinTech company dedicated to making real estate a more affordable, accessible, profitable, and liquid investment. We aim to modernize the Georgian real estate industry by introducing a more research-based and data-driven approach to real estate investment, utilizing artificial intelligence, fractionalization of assets, and data analysis to improve the trades and investment strategies of our customers both domestically and abroad.
How We Operate
EstReal provides a platform and services in the Real Estate Investment industry. All EstReal services are provided online and internationally for those capable of trading and owning real estate in Georgia. The services do not require a physical presence in Georgia or Georgian citizenship. We provide customers with research data, AI and Data analysis tools, real estate brokerage, and management services focused on providing customers with maximum revenue from their real estate assets & capital, as well as allowing more people to gain access to real estate as an investment.

Fractionalize
Real estate
We fractionalize real estate into smaller assets, allowing investors to trade percentages of real estate, with this allowing real estate to be more accessible with each asset being of lower cost, as well as easier to trade due to lower individual cost. This also makes the price easier to determine due to the higher volume of transactions
Analyse
The market in real time
EstReal utilizes data analysis tools, AI, and our own team of analysts to research, compile and analyze the real estate market and provide our customers with real-time data, trends and recommendations to improve their trades and refine their investment strategy
Digitalize
The trading process
We digitalize the real estate investment as much as possible, moving the experience closer to the process of buying stocks digitally allowing it to be done from one's home and remotely. The customer mainly interacts with EstReal and its platform, with us covering most of the research, Negotiations, Legal, and Government related processes.

Our services are aimed at providing a complete and comprehensive real estate investing experience, with all necessary tools, information and services being provided to our customers without the need for additional effort on their part or exiting of the EstReal ecosystem
The Story of EstReal
EstReal first began as a project among students of Kutaisi International University, during a start-up training course led by the Georgian Innovation and Technology agency in the summer of 2022. The four-person founding team would begin refining the idea of EstReal, which they initially called WeState. The project would focus on fractionalizing real estate into smaller assets, as they had observed this method to make the asset class more profitable and accessible as had happened to stocks and recently fine art, the team would secure the support they needed from the course, finishing it as one of the standout ideas
The Team would almost immediately begin seeking legal counsel in order to work out exactly how such a project could be carried out, as well as to be sure about the regulatory framework such a company would fall under. In addition, they would begin conducting research and feasibility studies and collecting relevant data from private and government statistics agencies. Based on the data the team would refine the idea with fractionalization now becoming one of but not the sole innovation they planned to bring to the industry, the team would also expand and with the expanded team a starting social media and marketing strategies would be formulated and actively carried out
In 2023 the founding team of Alexander Sainishvili(CEO), Grigol Robaqidze(CMO), Andria Tsereteli(CIO), and Giorgi Abesadze(COO), would be joined by their new partner Giorgi Imerlishvili(CSO), an experienced businessman with ties to the industry, as well as several other new members in the sales, marketing, research, and development spheres. With most of the preparations for the launch of the company beginning after the legal counsel finished with very favorable news for the start-up. The company is now finishing its preparations and is looking forward to beginning its operations in the Summer of 2023
